Refund Policy — Kemour
At Kemour, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure every order meets your expectations. If a refund is required, we’ll process it quickly and transparently.
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for:
- Returned items that meet our Return Policy conditions
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase
- Items confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
- Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- If the return is due to Kemour’s error, we’ll also refund original shipping costs.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your account.
If you haven’t received your refund after that period:
- Check with your payment provider first.
- If it’s still not visible, contact us at support@kemour.com for further assistance.
- No Restocking or Hidden Fees
Kemour does not charge any return or restocking fees for eligible returns.
There are also no cancellation fees for orders canceled within 24 hours.
- Refund Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Unauthorized returns
- Items not meeting eligibility requirements
- Items lost or damaged during customer-initiated returns (unless insured)
