Return Policy — Kemour

At Kemour (Kemour LLC), we care deeply about the quality of every item you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

  1. Order Changes & Cancellations

Please double-check your size, color, and quantity before completing checkout.

  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase at no fee.
  • To cancel, please email support@kemour.com immediately with your order number.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. If that happens, our team will advise the next steps.
  1. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for changes in size or color.
If you need a different size or color:

  • You may cancel within 24 hours and place a new order, or
  • Request a return once the original item is delivered, and reorder your preferred item.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Kemour will arrange an exchange where possible at no extra cost. Please email support@kemour.com with photos and details.

  1. Eligible Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Item is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item received
  • Product is significantly different from the description

Not eligible for return:

  • Items that are used, washed, or altered
  • Missing tags or original packaging
  • Damage caused after delivery (e.g., improper care, accidents)
  • Minor cosmetic issues that do not materially affect the product
  1. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email support@kemour.com with your order number, issue details, and photos/videos (if applicable).
  2. Wait for our return authorization and instructions.
    (Please do not ship returns without prior approval.)
  3. Send the item using the shipping method we provide, or one of your choice. Keep the tracking information handy.
  1. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping if returning for fit, preference, or personal reasons.
  • If the return is due to a Kemour error (e.g., defective or wrong item), we’ll provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
  1. Unauthorized Returns

Please do not send returns without approval. Unauthorized packages may be refused or sent back to the sender.

  1. Lost or Damaged Return Shipments

Kemour is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments if you use your own carrier.
If you used our prepaid label, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
